Senior Manager - Technical Retail Media

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead the technical side of a fast‑growing Retail Media business. The role will be based in London with a hybrid schedule, overseeing the roadmap, product development and integration of ad‑tech solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the technical Retail Media roadmap and product workplan.
• Identify new Retail Media, AdTech and MarTech opportunities through market analysis and partner evaluation.
• Collaborate with proposition teams to set roadmap priorities and define technical solutions.
• Manage delivery of new products and capabilities from discovery through launch.
• Evaluate technology partners, integrations and platform opportunities.
• Lead cross‑functional projects across product, data, technology, governance and external partners.
• Ensure solutions are commercially relevant, technically viable and operationally scalable.
• Communicate technical concepts and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Support procurement, governance, InfoSec and implementation processes.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of the AdTech and Retail Media ecosystem.
• Proven experience building and launching technology‑enabled products.
• Demonstrated project‑management and delivery expertise.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders across business and technical teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Collaborative, relationship‑driven approach.

Required skills

• Experience with Demand‑Side Platforms (DSPs).
• Familiarity with Marketing Technology (MarTech) solutions.
• Knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Understanding of Customer Data Platform (CDP) integrations.
