Senior Manager, Tutor Brand

About the role

Preply is looking for a senior leader to shape the brand experience for its global tutor community. Reporting to the Sr Director Brand Strategy, you will define the narrative, drive thought‑leadership initiatives and ensure tutors see Preply as a long‑term partner for professional growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the tutor brand narrative, positioning Preply as a partner rather than just a platform.
• Develop and launch educational content channels, expert series, and video programs that elevate tutors professionally.
• Build scalable content ecosystems and manage budgets, agencies and tutor‑ambassador relationships.
• Define success metrics such as tutor trust/NPS, top‑tutor retention and engagement with thought‑leadership content.
• Partner with Supply/Tutor Success teams on major narrative moments and strategic bets.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in brand communications for partner or supply marketing in a fast‑paced tech environment.
• Strong strategic storytelling, positioning and community‑building expertise.
• Proven ability to drive brand impact at scale without direct‑report teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a sharp eye for tone.

Required skills

• Working understanding of large language models (LLMs).
• Working understanding of generative AI for content creation and scaling.
