Senior Manufacturing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Manufacturing Manager to lead Myton International, a new growth unit within Myton Food Group. Based at Cutler Heights in Bradford, you will own the business unit and deliver a three‑year sales plan, working closely with key sourcing partners and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Take full commercial ownership of generating new revenue streams and profit margins while positioning the business for long‑term growth.
• Manage customer relationships across trading opportunities, including Morrisons Buying and Technical Teams.
• Lead sourcing partners to secure new supply, conduct technical due diligence and enforce critical paths.
• Establish new end‑to‑end supply‑chain processes and oversee the Supply Chain Manager.
• Provide market and pipeline insights to senior leadership, drive volume‑led opportunities and manage price changes to protect margins.
• Collaborate with Retail Buying, Technical, NPD and central Myton support teams.

Required profile

• Significant experience in a senior, retailer‑facing role with a proven track record of establishing new business processes and delivering projects end‑to‑end.
• Expert knowledge of multiple retail environments and an enterprise mindset for seeking new opportunities.
• Advanced understanding of supply‑chain management, operational execution and launch processes at scale.
• Strong commercial and financial analysis skills with proven P&L management.
• Resilient, tenacious leader with excellent relationship development and senior stakeholder management abilities.
• Awareness of consumer food trends to drive innovation and translate opportunities into EBITDA growth.
• People‑management capability to lead, develop and motivate team members.
