Senior Marketing Analyst

About the role

This senior position combines hands‑on customer and marketing analytics with the opportunity to shape measurement thinking for well‑known consumer brands. You will work in a hybrid model (four days onsite) within a data‑driven marketing organisation that partners with agencies and client stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead analytical work across multiple client accounts, influencing data‑driven strategies and campaign optimisation.
• Investigate audience behaviour, targeting performance and customer interactions across digital media.
• Analyse large customer and transactional datasets to identify trends, segment VIP customers and recommend next steps.
• Support discussions on marketing measurement, including Marketing Mix Modelling principles and methodological considerations.
• Represent analytics in group meetings, evaluate effectiveness work and challenge external propositions.
• Collaborate with commercial, product and media teams to ensure insights are clearly communicated and acted upon.
• Operate autonomously while mentoring junior team members where appropriate.

Required profile

• Strong commercial experience in customer, digital or marketing analytics.
• Knowledge of Marketing Mix Modelling or econometrics principles.
• Good understanding of statistical concepts, experimental design and uncertainty.
• Experience presenting analytical narratives to clients.
• Agency or consultancy background is beneficial but not essential.
