Senior Marketing & Communications Manager – Thought Capital Activation

About the role

Join a global technology leader as a Senior Marketing & Communications Manager focused on Thought Capital Activation. Working remotely within the UK, you will operate inside an internal agency model, partnering with program owners and cross‑functional teams to translate research into compelling marketing assets.

Key responsibilities

• Convert core research insights into pitch decks, articles, summaries, social posts and infographics.
• Edit, proofread and coordinate sign‑offs for case studies, reports and brand positioning content.
• Build clear timelines, manage review cycles and keep multi‑team projects on schedule.
• Collaborate with digital and campaign teams to package and distribute content via email, web and social channels.
• Create toolkits and briefings for internal teams, track channel performance on dashboards and ensure compliance with brand and privacy standards.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing communications.
• Background in content development, management consulting or agency environments.
• Strong B2B writing and storytelling ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
• Hands‑on familiarity with modern AI tools and workflows.
• Agile project‑management expertise with high attention to detail.
• Deep understanding of corporate brand standards, visual communications and content governance in regulated settings.
