About the role

We are partnering with a growing organisation in Oxford to hire a Senior Marketing Executive. This hybrid role offers the chance to lead digital campaigns, shape strategy and mentor junior team members.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise integrated digital marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels.
• Manage social media, email marketing, SEO and website content to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse results and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver successful initiatives.
• Support website optimisation and uphold digital best practices.
• Coach and mentor junior marketing staff, coordinating workloads and fostering team development.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a senior digital marketing role, preferably within an agency or in‑house setting.
• Strong understanding of digital channels, campaign management and performance reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
