Senior Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to lead multichannel campaigns that promote our events and training portfolio while driving commercial success. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to plan, execute and optimise marketing initiatives for both B2B and B2C audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and delivery of annual marketing plans.
• Create, edit and proofread marketing and public‑relations materials.
• Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
• Research market trends, customer needs and competitor activity.
• Implement SMART objectives and produce performance reports.
• Manage marketing budgets and report on campaign ROI.
• Oversee content creation and coordinate social media and paid‑advertising activities.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of marketing experience, preferably in events or training.
• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end multichannel campaigns.
• Strong stakeholder‑management and cross‑department coordination skills.
• Experience with email marketing, social media, advertising channels and content management systems.
• Experience using a CRM for email campaigns and audience targeting.
• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading abilities.
• Marketing degree or equivalent experience.
