Senior Marketing Manager, EU Business Banking

About the role

We’re on a mission to make money work for everyone and are expanding Monzo Business Banking across the EU. The Senior Marketing Manager will own the tactical rollout of alpha, beta and mass‑market launches, ensuring every touchpoint—from website and CRM to creative and messaging—is built, localized and ready.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and help build go‑to‑market plans for Business Banking launches in new markets, covering media, channel strategies, communication tactics and integrated campaigns.
• Develop and implement integrated marketing plans across digital, social and traditional media.
• Partner with creative and media agencies, managing day‑to‑day relationships.
• Collaborate with the Communications team to build brand awareness and drive engagement.
• Maintain brand consistency while adapting messaging to local market nuances.
• Report on key metrics with data teams, providing insights and actions.
• Navigate regulatory requirements in each market to ensure compliance.

Required profile

• Proven track record of launching new products or entering new markets, delivering medium‑sized projects with cross‑team collaboration.
• Hands‑on experience executing campaigns, building websites and configuring CRM journeys.
• Comfortable working in complex, fast‑paced environments and cutting through ambiguity.
• Accountable for results with a history of achieving ambitious business targets.
• Self‑starter with a proactive attitude who can turn complex moving parts into seamless launches.
• Experience in tech or finance for sole traders or SMBs is a strong plus.

What we offer

• Base salary £78,000‑£98,000 per year.
