We are looking for a passionate and autonomous Senior Mission Designer to contribute to an acclaimed AAA franchise, bringing immersive stories and unforgettable gameplay experiences to life.

Missions principales

• Design, document, and implement engaging and complex game missions.
• Rapidly prototype new gameplay mechanics using visual scripting tools.
• Create immersive gameplay spaces, including combat encounters, traversal sequences, and intricate puzzles.
• Lead the level design process from initial greyboxing to final, polished, and deliverable levels.
• Oversee mission balancing and fine-tune gameplay flow to ensure optimal player experience.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design vision alignment.

Profil recherché

• Proven experience as a Mission Designer within the AAA gaming industry.
• Strong ability to present complex ideas clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to plan deliveries and manage timelines.
• Proactive mindset with the capacity to handle feedback constructively and iterate quickly.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit for working in high-performance teams.
