About the role
We are seeking an ambitious Senior Mortgage Advisor to join our Wallington branch, benefiting from warm estate agency introductions and strong lead generation. You will work with an existing client database and a robust remortgage pipeline, delivering expert mortgage and protection advice while meeting FCA compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Advise customers on mortgage and protection products
- Manage mortgage applications from submission to completion
- Build and maintain relationships with estate agency teams
- Generate repeat business and referrals
- Deliver excellent customer service in line with FCA regulations
Required profile
- CeMAP qualified
- Previous experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker
- Strong communication and customer‑focused approach
- Target‑driven and professional attitude
Required skills
What we offer
- Basic salary up to £28,000
- Company car or car allowance
- Uncapped commission with realistic OTE of £65,000+ in Year 2
- 7–10 quality appointments each week
