About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Mortgage Advisor to join a high‑performing team in Dagenham. You will work with a robust lead source and full administrative support, allowing you to focus on delivering excellent mortgage and protection solutions to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a steady flow of warm leads generated by the front‑end sales team.
• Provide tailored mortgage and protection advice to a diverse client base.
• Maintain high standards of customer service throughout the sales process.
• Achieve and exceed uncapped on‑target earnings through successful deal closures.
• Collaborate with the back‑office team for efficient administration and compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Mortgage and Protection Advisor.
• Strong motivation, professionalism and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Own vehicle and a valid driving licence.

What we offer

• Basic salary £25,000‑£35,000 plus car allowance.
• Uncapped OTE ranging from £60,000 to £90,000+.
• Five‑day working week with occasional Saturday shift (day off in lieu).
