Senior Mortgage Advisor

About the role

As a Senior Mortgage Advisor based in our Chatham office, you will guide customers through the mortgage process, ensuring they receive the best advice and support to achieve their home‑ownership goals. You will work closely with the Area Mortgage Manager and receive warm leads from estate agents, allowing you to focus on delivering expert mortgage solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Meet customers, assess their needs and recommend suitable mortgage products.
• Promote insurance and protection products where appropriate.
• Collaborate with estate agents to maximise lead conversion.
• Coach and support colleagues to achieve team targets.
• Maintain relationships with lenders to secure competitive deals.
• Ensure compliance with FCA regulations.

Required profile

• CeMap 1 qualification (or CAS status) with proven mortgage advisory experience.
• Strong results‑driven mindset and ability to meet sales targets.
• Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Alignment with values of courtesy, honesty, trust and respect.

What we offer

• Salary £31,000 pa plus uncapped OTE up to £70,000 pa.
