Senior Mortgage Broker – Birmingham

About the role

We are seeking a high‑performing Senior Mortgage Broker to join an award‑winning financial services provider in Birmingham. This position combines client advisory work with the opportunity to lead and build a team of high‑net‑worth mortgage brokers over a 6‑12 month initial period.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert mortgage advice to high‑net‑worth (HNW) clients.
• Develop and manage relationships with estate‑agency introducers.
• Work with a dedicated lead source on a Monday‑to‑Friday schedule (no weekends).
• Lead the recruitment, training and performance management of a new team of mortgage brokers.
• Maintain a hands‑on approach to business development and client acquisition.

Required profile

• Full CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of mortgage advisory experience.
• Proven experience working with HNW clientele (preferred).
• Demonstrated success in generating business through estate‑agency introducers.
• Entrepreneurial, driven and enthusiastic attitude.
• Strong relationship‑building skills at all levels.
