Senior Mortgage Broker – Hybrid (Harlow)

About the role

This senior mortgage broker position is based in Harlow, offering a hybrid working model after an initial on‑site period. You will join a high‑volume flagship branch with strong lead flow, supporting both employed and self‑employed arrangements.

Key responsibilities

• Provide whole‑of‑market mortgage and protection advice to clients.
• Conduct face‑to‑face, telephone and virtual appointments.
• Convert estate‑agency leads into completed mortgage business.
• Build and maintain relationships with introducers and branch teams.
• Manage your pipeline while ensuring FCA‑compliant advice.

Required profile

• CeMAP qualification and CAS status.
• Proven experience as a mortgage advisor or broker.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products and protection.
• Target‑focused, driven and professional attitude.
