Senior Mortgage Broker & Mentor

About the role
We are seeking a high‑performing Senior Mortgage Broker to join an award‑winning financial services provider in Edinburgh. In this dual‑track position you will continue to advise high‑net‑worth clients while also mentoring a small team of mortgage brokers.
Key responsibilities
- Generate new mortgage business through established lead sources.
- Mentor and develop a team of existing mortgage brokers.
- Build and maximise relationships with estate‑agency introducers.
- Represent the brand to HNW clients and maintain a strong professional network.
Required profile
- Full CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of mortgage advisory experience.
- Proven track record working with high‑net‑worth clientele (preferred).
- Successful experience collaborating with estate‑agency introducers.
- Entrepreneurial, driven and enthusiastic attitude.
