About the role
As a Senior NAPPI Trainer you will deliver engaging, values‑based training to health, social care and education services across the South East of England. You will inspire staff to apply the NAPPI approach, helping create safer and more capable environments for the people they support.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver face‑to‑face NAPPI training sessions.
- Promote consistent use of the NAPPI approach within client organisations.
- Travel to client sites, including regular overnight stays.
- Work both independently and as part of a supportive training team.
- Contribute to the development of training materials and resources.
Required profile
- Hands‑on experience supporting people in health, social care or education settings.
- Demonstrated application of the NAPPI approach in practice.
- Enthusiasm, professionalism and strong presentation skills.
- Flexibility to travel and stay overnight as needed.
- Enjoys collaborative and autonomous work.
- Desirable: prior training delivery experience, teaching qualification, current First Aid certificate.
