Senior National Account Manager – Iceland

About the role

Carlsberg Britvic is seeking a Senior National Account Manager to lead the Iceland account. This permanent, field‑based position involves weekly travel to customer sites and Carlsberg Britvic facilities, offering full ownership of the P&L and the chance to drive growth across a key national account.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver customer‑specific strategic plans aligned to channel objectives and commercial targets.
• Create and execute tailored business plans to increase share, net revenue, profitability and trading contribution.
• Manage joint business planning with customers and secure commitment to outlet‑level execution strategies.
• Own deployment of promotional and activation programmes, keeping plans agile to market changes.
• Lead pricing and revenue growth initiatives, including negotiation and stakeholder alignment.
• Build forecasting partnerships to improve demand accuracy and optimise supply planning.
• Establish senior‑level customer relationships and identify opportunities for strategic partnership expansion.
• Monitor account performance using data and insight, collaborating cross‑functionally to solve challenges and accelerate growth.
