Senior National Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior National Account Manager to lead our client’s largest grocery retail relationships across the UK. In this high‑visibility position you will champion the company’s branded portfolio while also driving growth for private‑label offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Own and develop strategic relationships with top grocery retailers at multiple buying points.
• Deliver the UK brand agenda and align it with retailer objectives.
• Negotiate contracts and commercial terms to maximise revenue.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling commercial propositions.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience at National Account Manager or Senior National Account Manager level within a top‑four grocery environment.
• Demonstrated track record of growing key accounts and achieving sales targets.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop persuasive business cases.
• Excellent influencing and collaboration skills.
