Senior Network Performance Manager (Maternity Cover)

About the role

A fast‑growing boutique fitness franchisor is seeking a Senior Network Performance Manager to drive revenue growth across its franchised studios and to take a leadership seat in the Performance Management team. Based in the central London head office, the role blends coaching studio owners with strategic performance discussions and includes regular on‑site studio visits.

Key responsibilities

• Increase average unit volumes by delivering operational recommendations, sales support and business‑development solutions to each studio.
• Coach franchisees on lead follow‑up, sales processes, leadership and financial acumen, both remotely and during studio visits.
• Ensure studios meet lead‑generation, membership growth, member experience and revenue targets while adhering to HQ SOPs.
• Mentor and onboard Network Performance Managers, run monthly performance calls and shape team productivity strategies.
• Develop and roll out data‑visualisation dashboards in partnership with the Data Analytics team.

Required profile

• At least five years’ experience in franchise network performance.
• Extensive, hands‑on experience with Mindbody.
• Strong understanding of the Pilates world and boutique studio model.
• Super‑organised, proactive and able to manage multiple studios and deadlines.
• Confident presenter, comfortable with one‑to‑one and large‑scale remote or in‑person sessions.
