Senior New Build Conveyancer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior New Build Conveyancer to join our highly regarded property team. You will own a full caseload of new‑build residential transactions, delivering a seamless service from instruction through to post‑completion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a complete caseload of new‑build purchase transactions.
• Liaise with clients, developers, lenders and third parties throughout the process.
• Review contracts, title documents and supporting legal paperwork.
• Coordinate exchanges and completions in line with developer deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records in the case‑management system.
• Provide an exceptional level of client service at every stage.
• Support and mentor junior team members where appropriate.

Required profile

• Minimum three years’ experience handling an independent residential conveyancing caseload.
• Strong exposure to new‑build transactions.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Commitment to delivering outstanding client care.
