Senior New Homes Sales Executive – Luxury Property

About the role

We are seeking a Senior New Homes Sales Executive to join an award‑winning luxury housebuilder on a flagship development near Exeter. You will sell high‑quality, design‑led homes, delivering a consultative, lifestyle‑focused sales experience to discerning buyers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full sales journey from initial enquiry through to completion.
• Conduct viewings, home tours and virtual appointments.
• Provide a consultative, lifestyle‑led sales experience to prospects.
• Convert enquiries into reservations and completed sales.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified buyers.
• Collaborate with marketing and head‑office teams while upholding brand standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in new‑homes sales, estate agency or property sales.
• Track record of meeting targets in a B2C sales environment.
• Confident communicator with strong closing and negotiation abilities.
• Customer‑focused, professional approach with a passion for property.
• Knowledge of the Devon/South West market, preferably luxury or off‑plan sales.
