Senior Nursery Room Leader

About the role

Busy Bees is seeking a Senior Nursery Room Leader to oversee multiple rooms at its Liverpool Childwall site. You will ensure the Bee Curious curriculum is delivered consistently and maintain the highest standards of care and learning for up to 55 children.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of room leaders and assistants across three rooms.
• Implement and monitor educational strategies aligned with the Bee Curious curriculum.
• Maintain compliance with Ofsted standards and health & safety regulations.
• Organise and supervise outdoor activities, ensuring a safe environment.
• Foster a positive, inclusive culture for staff, children, and families.

Required profile

• Proven experience in early years settings, preferably in a leadership capacity.
• Strong understanding of early years frameworks and Ofsted requirements.
• Excellent communication and team‑building skills.
• Commitment to continuous professional development.
