Key responsibilities
- Provide a warm, polished welcome to each patient.
- Style luxury frames and recommend lenses tailored to individual needs.
- Dispense premium eyewear with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Manage appointments, patient enquiries and day‑to‑day practice administration.
- Maintain boutique presentation and uphold brand standards.
Required profile
- Passion for high‑quality eyewear and customer service.
- Proven experience in optical dispensing within a boutique or premium setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting patient relationships.
