• Proven experience in electrical engineering within the built environment/MEP sector.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and manage complex design workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to sustainable design practices.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Ability to balance technical excellence with commercial awareness.
