Senior Paralegal

About the role

Our client, a leading European wealth management and tax planning advisory business, is seeking an experienced Senior Paralegal for its London office. The role will act as a central point of coordination for legal, contractual and governance matters, working closely with colleagues across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Identify legal and commercial issues and coordinate with external legal advisers when specialist advice is required.
• Support the management of external legal matters, including briefing external counsel, maintaining records of advice, tracking ongoing matters and monitoring legal spend.
• Improve efficiency, consistency and visibility of legal and contractual processes across the business.
• Provide broad exposure to commercial contracts, supplier management, legal operations, data protection administration, governance processes, legal research and cross‑border business activities.

Required profile

• Law degree.
• Minimum of approximately 6+ years’ relevant experience in legal operations, contract management, paralegal practice or in‑house legal administration.
• Experience preferably within a regulated financial services or professional services environment.

Required skills

• Legal operations and contract management.
• Experience with external counsel management and legal spend tracking.
• Knowledge of data protection and governance processes.
