Senior Paralegal – Residential Conveyancing

About the role

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Paralegal specialising in residential conveyancing to join a busy, rapidly growing team in Farnham. The role is full‑time, office‑based and offers long‑term career prospects within a supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide full‑range administrative and paralegal support, including opening files and ensuring compliance.
• Manage and respond to calls, delivering updates to clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors.
• Draft contract packs and prepare Completion Statements (COTs).
• Handle post‑exchange administration, final searches, SDLT returns and AP1 filings.
• Deal with Land Registry requisitions and perform audio/copy typing, dictation and diary management.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant within residential conveyancing (essential).
• Good working knowledge of conveyancing processes and procedures.
• Experience with Tikit Partner for Windows (advantageous but not essential).
• Excellent client‑care skills and a professional, confidential approach.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage time, prioritise and multi‑task effectively.
• Comfortable using modern IT systems and a true team player.
