Senior Paraplanner

About the role

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Level 4 qualified Senior Paraplanner to join a fast‑growing wealth management firm in Edinburgh. You will work closely with Financial Advisers to deliver high‑quality technical support, suitability reports and financial planning solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client requirements and produce cash‑flow models.
• Prepare financial planning solutions across investment, retirement, tax and inheritance planning.
• Write suitability reports and client documentation.
• Support client reviews and maintain accurate client records.
• Liaise with Advisers, clients and external professionals to implement recommendations.

Required profile

• Diploma in Financial Planning (Level 4) as a minimum.
• Previous paraplanning experience.
• Excellent technical knowledge and report‑writing skills.
• Strong analytical, organisational and communication abilities.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.
