Senior Paraplanner

About the role

Grove Talent Solutions is a modern, independent financial planning firm seeking a Senior Paraplanner to join its technical team. Working in a hybrid model from Stokenchurch, you will collaborate closely with Financial Advisers to deliver high‑quality, compliant planning reports that meet client objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Produce comprehensive, compliant financial planning reports for advisers to present to clients.
• Conduct technical research on products, providers, and planning solutions.
• Support advisers with client reviews, queries, and ongoing servicing requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for day‑to‑day client and adviser support queries.
• Prepare client review packs and obtain necessary illustrations.
• Stay up‑to‑date with financial planning legislation, products, compliance requirements and industry developments.

Required profile

• Previous experience within a financial advice or wealth management firm.
• Strong paraplanning and report‑writing experience.
• Diploma in Financial Planning or an equivalent qualification.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage and prioritise workloads effectively.
• High attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, well‑structured reports.
