Senior Partner Deployed Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Partner Deployed Engineer to join Coder’s Customer Solutions team, building the partner ecosystem across EMEA. The role blends technical authority, partner strategy and hands‑on engineering to help partners understand, position and deliver Coder’s platform.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the strategic technical thought partner to EMEA partner leadership, shaping how Coder fits into AI and modernization portfolios.
• Co‑create sales plays, workshops, Builder Labs and enablement sessions that generate pipeline for partners.
• Intervene on high‑value partner‑attached deals, providing technical discovery, PoV scoping, architecture review and win support.
• Produce repeatable GTM assets – playbooks, reference architectures, LMS modules and certification tiers – that scale across the partner base.
• Build AI‑powered self‑service tools and a monthly partner intelligence digest to inform product and GTM teams.

Required profile

• 7+ years in Forward Deployed Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Field CTO or similar roles at infrastructure, developer tools or AI companies.
• Proven experience designing and deploying production‑grade cloud infrastructure on AWS, Google Cloud or Azure, with deep Kubernetes and Terraform expertise.
• 2+ years deploying AI coding agents in production‑like environments and understanding of European compliance requirements.
• Experience working with channel or technology partners in a co‑sell model across EMEA.
• Executive‑level communication skills in English and preferably an additional European language.
