Senior Partner Programme Manager

About the role

Gamma is seeking a Senior Partner Programme Manager to lead and evolve its partner programme across multiple European markets. This strategic role sits at the heart of the partner ecosystem, using data and commercial insight to drive growth, engagement and measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own the development, delivery and continuous improvement of the partner programme to maximise adoption and commercial impact.
• Collaborate with Sales to align partner growth plans and translate pipeline insights into targeted marketing campaigns.
• Plan and execute co‑created campaigns with partners, ranging from strategic 1:1 accounts to scalable 1:few programmes focused on demand generation.
• Act as a trusted advisor to partners, providing marketing expertise, best practices and guidance on campaign effectiveness.
• Manage day‑to‑day promotion of programme benefits, ensuring partners understand and maximise available value.
• Analyse data to identify high‑growth opportunities, track performance and report ROI and pipeline contribution to senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in partner marketing, campaign marketing or marketing communications.
• Background in channel environments, preferably within telecommunications or technology.
• Proven track record of managing and evolving large‑scale partner programmes.
