Senior Partnerships Manager

About the role

Senior Partnerships Manager at bunch, responsible for owning the partnership function across core markets (UK, Germany, Luxembourg), driving referral and channel partner pipelines and building a specialist provider network to support fund mandates.

Key responsibilities

• Own the partnership programme across core markets, adapting activation to local dynamics and regulations.
• Identify, sign and activate referral and channel partners such as fund formation counsel, placement agents, banks and advisors.
• Convert partner relationships into qualified pipeline and measurable partner‑sourced ARR.
• Structure and maintain relationships with regulated and specialist providers (depositaries, AML officers, ManCos, auditors, tax specialists).
• Build the infrastructure for tracking introductions, conversions, revenue and activation timelines.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of experience in partnerships, business development or senior client‑facing roles within fund administration, fintech or professional services.
• Strong understanding of private markets, fund structures and regulatory environments in the UK and Europe.
• Proven track record of building partner programmes or commercial channels from scratch.
• Ability to operate with ambiguity, create structure and deliver measurable commercial outcomes.
• Excellent senior‑level communication with law firms, depositaries, regulated providers and professional services firms.
