About the role

Join Heron Foods as a Senior Part‑Time Sales Assistant in Netherton, Liverpool. You will work 16 hours per week, earning up to £13 per hour, and play a key leadership role in a fast‑growing retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support and motivate the team to deliver exceptional results.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve queries effectively.
• Ensure tidy, well‑stocked shelves and overall store presentation.
• Assist with stock management and oversee deliveries.
• Act as a keyholder, opening and closing the store and covering management duties when required.

Required profile

• Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor with a passion for leadership.
• Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a busy, fast‑moving workplace.
• Previous leadership experience in retail or hospitality, preferably with key‑holder responsibilities.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and take ownership in supervisory situations.
