Senior Pensions Administrator – Hybrid Role

About the role

Join WTW's Outsourcing team in Redhill as a Senior Pensions Administrator. Working hybrid, you will support a portfolio of high‑profile global clients, handling complex defined benefit (DB) and defined contribution (DC) schemes.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately process and manage complex pension calculations and queries, including retirements, transfers and deaths.
• Check and monitor the work of junior colleagues, providing feedback to ensure first‑time right output.
• Act as the escalation point for technical issues, non‑standard cases and member complaints.
• Apply pension legislation and WTW procedures to maintain high‑quality service.
• Support the Team Leader in meeting service level agreements and coordinating team workload.
• Coach, mentor and develop junior team members.
• Identify and drive process improvements to enhance client service.
• Assist with complex, project‑based work as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in an occupational pension administration team, with essential DB scheme experience.
• Hands‑on experience with retirements, transfers and death administrations.
• Strong knowledge of pension legislation and regulations and ability to apply them.
• Experience performing manual DB calculations.
