Senior People Business Partner

About the role

The Senior People Business Partner will support the development and delivery of FRP's ambitious People strategy. Working closely with the Associate Director – People Partners and the People Director, the role combines strategic advisory work with operational execution across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing strategic direction on complex People matters.
• Support the embedding of the People strategy to align with business objectives and foster a high‑performance culture.
• Lead change‑management initiatives, helping leaders navigate organisational transformation while maintaining employee engagement.
• Develop and share data‑driven management information to inform strategic planning.
• Provide expert guidance on employee‑relations issues, ensuring consistency and best‑practice compliance.
• Oversee annual HR processes such as pay reviews, performance reviews and bonus allocations.
• Manage TUPE transfer processes to ensure smooth and positive employee experiences.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, People Development and People Operations to shape workforce planning and succession strategies.
• Coach and mentor People Business Partners through job‑shadowing and knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Senior‑level HR professional with proven experience advising senior leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to lead change‑management and organisational transformation projects.
• Strong analytical skills with experience producing data‑driven insights for business decisions.
• Expertise in employee‑relations and familiarity with TUPE processes.
• Experience coaching and developing junior HR partners.
