About the role

We are seeking a Senior Personal Injury Solicitor to lead a portfolio of high‑value claimant cases ranging from £150k to multi‑million pounds. The role offers autonomy, flexible working and the chance to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead high‑value personal injury claims from inception through settlement.
• Manage liability, quantum, rehabilitation and settlement negotiations.
• Secure interim payments and arrange early rehabilitation support.
• Collaborate with leading counsel, medical experts and case managers.
• Mentor and supervise junior solicitors and legal executives.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with approximately 10+ years post‑qualification experience.
• Proven track record handling complex claimant personal injury matters.
• Strong litigation and client‑care abilities.
• Experience in supervising or mentoring junior team members.
