About the role
We are partnering with a leading foundational AI laboratory to enlist experienced pharmacists who will help train a cutting‑edge language model on pharmaceutical and clinical pharmacy tasks. This remote, flexible position is ideal for pharmacists with at least five years of practice in clinical, retail, or hospital settings.
Key responsibilities
- Create AI‑generated pharmacy workflow content.
- Evaluate and refine AI outputs to ensure clinical accuracy.
- Collaborate with AI engineers to improve model performance on drug‑therapy management tasks.
Required profile
- PharmD or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of clinical, retail, or hospital pharmacy experience.
- Strong expertise in drug therapy management, clinical review, and pharmacology.
- Excellent written communication and meticulous attention to detail.

What we offer
- Compensation: $100 per hour.
- Flexible commitment up to 20 hours per week (potential earnings up to $2,000 per week).
- Fully remote work schedule.
