Senior Planner – Healthcare Infrastructure (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Planner to join a leading consultancy delivering complex healthcare and infrastructure projects across the UK. The role is hybrid, based in Farringdon, London, with 2–3 days on‑site each week. You will work closely with project delivery teams, consultants and client representatives on large‑scale construction programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain baseline programmes, progress updates, recovery plans and look‑ahead schedules.
• Apply construction sequencing, critical path analysis and ensure alignment with NEC contract requirements.
• Support change control, compensation events and extensions of time assessments.
• Produce clear reporting and programme analysis for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project teams, consultants and client representatives to keep programmes on track.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Planner or Senior Planner in construction or infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of NEC contracts, preferably NEC4.
• Experience on major healthcare, hospital, public‑sector or civil‑engineering projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.

Required skills

• ASTA Powerproject (essential).
• NEC/NEC4 contract expertise (essential).
• Advanced Excel and reporting capability.
