About the role

We are seeking a Senior Planner to join Kier’s London team, working from one of our Central London, Loughton or Maple Cross offices. The role is permanent with flexible hybrid working and does not include sponsorship.

Key responsibilities

  • Produce tender programmes for projects ranging from £10 M to £100 M.
  • Attend regular site visits to support the team with planning issues.
  • Collate progress information and identify concerns during the planning stage.
  • Create, monitor and update workable construction programmes.
  • Provide planning expertise and advice across multiple projects.

Required profile

  • Construction planning experience within a contractor environment.
  • Proven track record on build tenders and projects valued between £20 M and £80 M.
  • Proficiency with Asta and Microsoft Project software.
  • Planning experience in the main contracting sector.
  • Strong knowledge of NEC contract conditions and their impact on planning.
