Senior PR Manager

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior PR Manager to lead Perk’s media presence across the US and UK. This high‑impact role sits at the core of our strategy to position Perk as a leading voice in business and financial press, translating complex tech and AI narratives into compelling stories.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the US and UK media strategy, handling proactive pitching, newsjacking, reactive press, and crisis communications.
• Build and nurture Tier‑1 relationships with journalists at outlets such as WSJ, Bloomberg, FT, CNBC and Forbes.
• Shape and maintain Perk’s corporate narrative on growth, financial performance, AI innovation and platform positioning.
• Partner with C‑suite executives to develop media profiles, prepare interview commentary and secure high‑visibility coverage.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to turn AI and technology developments into news‑worthy stories.
• Manage PR agency partners in the US and UK, setting clear KPIs and driving in‑house capability.
• Integrate AI tools into daily PR workflows for media monitoring, drafting, research and reporting.

Required profile

• Extensive PR or corporate communications experience focused on the US and UK markets.
• Deep, existing relationships with Tier‑1 financial and business press and a proven track record of earned coverage.
• Background in financial communications, including handling funding rounds, M&A and performance narratives.
• Demonstrated ability to craft compelling corporate narratives and work directly with senior leadership.
• Strong agency management experience and a solid understanding of B2B technology, fintech or SaaS.
