Senior Pricing Actuary - High Net Worth

About the role

Zurich is looking for a senior actuarial professional to lead the High Net Worth (HNW) Personal Lines pricing team in London. The role can be full‑time, part‑time or job‑share and offers hybrid working. You will add real value to the HNW pricing function through strong analytical and communication skills.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery of pricing support for HNW home, motor and travel portfolios.
• Manage a small team of two to three analysts, ranging from graduate to nearly qualified level.
• Engage with internal stakeholders such as Retail Pricing Leaders, Underwriting, Reserving, Claims and Finance.
• Perform claim trend analysis, performance forecasting and predictive modelling to provide insight.
• Develop and maintain actuarial data and systems, driving efficiencies.
• Coach junior colleagues on technical and soft skills and foster an inclusive team culture.

Required profile

• Highly numerate with strong analytical ability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven time‑management and organisational capability.
• Good market, risk and business awareness of Personal Lines/High Net Worth markets.
• Experience in a Personal Lines pricing role, preferably with HNW exposure.
