Senior Pricing Analyst

About the role

Ageas is looking for a Senior Pricing Analyst to shape pricing strategy through advanced analytics and actuarial insight. You will work on predictive models that directly influence conversion, retention and loss ratios, delivering measurable impact on business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and enhance predictive and machine‑learning models to inform pricing strategy.
• Extract, manipulate and analyse large data sets to support modelling, pricing and performance monitoring.
• Build and maintain robust pricing models and deploy them into live environments.
• Deliver high‑quality pricing analysis with clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Support and oversee rate releases, ensuring accuracy in live pricing environments.
• Combine management information, modelling outputs and commercial targets to develop a balanced view of pricing performance.
• Own the end‑to‑end price‑control cycle from development to implementation.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure pricing decisions are aligned, documented and effectively delivered.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify risks and opportunities.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of pricing experience, preferably within insurance household products.
• Knowledge of insurance distribution channels such as direct, intermediary and aggregators.
• Proven ability to explore, validate and analyse large data sets to generate insight.
• Strong analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail and a passion for problem‑solving.
