Senior Pricing Manager

About the role

The firm is seeking a Senior Pricing Manager to shape pricing strategy across its global practice. You will work directly with Partners on high‑value, cross‑border client deals, ensuring proposals maximise profitability while maintaining competitive positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Support deployment of firm‑wide pricing strategy and optimise proposal profitability.
• Lead and develop a high‑performing pricing team, fostering international collaboration.
• Drive the global client fee deal process, guiding proposals through the Client Pricing Committee.
• Coordinate annual pricing activities, including rate setting and market intelligence.
• Act as expert advisor on complex negotiations, novel fee structures and international client deals.
• Maintain accuracy of routine and bespoke financial models for panel and matter‑level proposals.
• Negotiate directly with clients, including travel to local and overseas offices.
• Promote adoption of automation and AI tools to enhance pricing performance.
• Deliver pricing insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5+ years leading pricing in a global law firm or professional services environment.
• Proven people‑management experience, preferably with international exposure.
• Strong commercial negotiation and complex financial modelling background.
• Degree in a commercial subject; ACA, ACCA or CIMA desirable but not essential.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust with clients and Partners.
