Senior Private Client Solicitor – 5+ PQE

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Private Client Solicitor with at least five years post‑qualification experience to join a well‑established, inclusive practice in Worcestershire. The successful candidate will manage their own caseload, providing comprehensive advice on wills, lasting powers of attorney, estate administration and trusts while building lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and develop an independent private client caseload covering wills, LPAs, estate administration and trust matters.
• Provide strategic lifetime planning advice to a diverse client base, including elderly, vulnerable, business owners, landlords and agricultural clients.
• Collaborate with senior colleagues across the department to ensure high‑quality, client‑focused service.
• Identify opportunities for more complex private client work and support the firm’s business development objectives.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with 5+ years PQE in private client work.
• Strong technical knowledge of wills, LPAs, estate administration and trusts.
• Attention to detail and ability to uphold high standards of client service.
• Interest in progressing to more complex private client matters.

Required skills

• STEP qualification (or working towards it) – advantageous but not essential.
