Senior Private Client Solicitor – Hybrid (Full/Part Time)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Private Client Solicitor (or Legal Executive) with at least six years post‑qualification experience to join our busy private client team in the New Forest area. The role offers autonomy over a full caseload, a supportive environment and the flexibility of hybrid working, with both full‑time and part‑time options available.

Key responsibilities

• Manage your own private client caseload, covering wills, trusts, probate and tax planning.
• Provide a full range of private client legal services to high‑net‑worth individuals and families.
• Develop new business opportunities and network to generate additional client work.
• Collaborate with senior partners and support staff to ensure high‑quality client service.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of relevant legislation and best practice.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor or legal executive with 6+ years PQE in private client work.
• Proven ability to work independently and handle a diverse caseload.
• Strong client‑focused attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to contribute to business development and networking activities.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of private client law, including wills, trusts, probate and tax planning.
• Experience handling high‑net‑worth client matters.
• Ability to manage cases from inception to completion.
