We are seeking a seasoned Senior Solicitor to join our Wills and Inheritance team in Farnham. Key responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of private client matters, including wills, probates, lasting powers of attorney, inheritance tax planning and elderly client issues.
• Provide supervision, mentorship and day‑to‑day support to junior members of the team.
• Lead business‑development and networking activities to raise the firm’s profile.
• Deliver high‑quality service in line with the firm’s values and client expectations.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years post‑qualification experience in private client services.
• Strong technical knowledge of wills, trusts and estate management.
• Proven business‑development ability and effective networking skills.
• Excellent communication, client‑management and independent working capabilities.
