Senior Procurement Manager – Print

About the role

Springer Nature is seeking a Senior Procurement Manager for Print to lead the end‑to‑end sourcing of offset and digital printing services and paper across multiple regions. Based in London with a hybrid working model, you will join the global central procurement team and drive cost‑effective, strategic sourcing that supports the company’s publishing objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for key offset, digital print and paper suppliers, building long‑term partnerships.
• Design and execute best‑in‑class sourcing strategies, identifying savings and delivering value.
• Manage the full RFQ/RFP/RFI process, negotiate contracts and volume pricing for complex sourcing needs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide technical guidance on print and paper procurement.
• Support SAP/Ariba expansion projects and lead change initiatives within the category.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in procurement, preferably within print, paper or publishing supply chains.
• Strong commercial mindset with proven ability to achieve cost reductions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and influence cross‑functional teams.
