Senior Product Analyst

About the role

The Senior Product Analyst will work at the intersection of product, analytics, experimentation and user behaviour on a large‑scale consumer platform. You will help shape product decisions, improve customer experiences and drive growth through data‑informed insights.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain metrics frameworks for key product areas.
• Establish governance, measurement standards and reliable performance monitoring.
• Lead design of data products and partner with engineering on implementation.
• Own experimentation outputs and support hypothesis‑driven product development.
• Provide data‑informed recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Evaluate product performance, identify optimisation opportunities and plan analytical workstreams across multiple projects.
• Mentor analysts and champion best practice within the analytics community.

Required profile

• Strong commercial experience in consumer‑facing product environments.
• Proven expertise in product analytics, customer journey analysis and performance measurement.
• Experience designing, running and evaluating experimentation programmes.
• Good understanding of statistical inference methodologies and testing frameworks.
• Familiarity with predictive analytics techniques and data‑driven decision making.
• Understanding of data modelling, ETL processes and data engineering fundamentals.
• Ability to communicate complex analytical concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
