Senior Product Manager - Enterprise Engineering

About the role

Roku is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the finance and payouts platforms within its Enterprise Engineering team. The role focuses on building AI‑driven automation that streamlines order‑to‑cash, revenue accounting, financial close, reconciliations and partner payouts across multiple finance functions.

Key responsibilities

• Define vision, roadmap and strategy for finance and payouts platforms, including AI‑enabled capabilities such as classification, matching, forecasting and Gen‑AI assistants.
• Deep‑dive into revenue, close, reconciliation and payout workflows to identify pain points and automation opportunities.
• Write clear product requirements (data contracts, controls, SLAs, UX) for engineering and finance teams.
• Partner daily with engineering and architecture to make pragmatic design trade‑offs on platforms, integrations and AI usage.
• Define and track success metrics (automation %, cycle time, error rates, payout accuracy) and iterate based on results.
• Drive change management through communication, training and adoption plans for new platform and AI features.

Required profile

• 8+ years of product management experience, including substantial work on finance‑related platforms.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders across regions and collaborate closely with engineering leads.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on automation and AI‑driven solutions.
