Senior Product Manager – Enterprise Governance

About the role

Synthesia is looking for a senior‑level Product Manager to own the enterprise governance layer that keeps large deployments safe, compliant and scalable. You will shape the end‑to‑end roadmap for workspace setup, content lifecycle, analytics and integrations, turning proofs of concept into multi‑million‑dollar renewals.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end roadmap for the content lifecycle, governance and operational layer for enterprise deployments.
• Work closely with engineering and design to translate enterprise customer needs into clear product direction, specifications and trade‑off decisions.
• Partner with Solutions, Customer Success and Legal on complex enterprise deals to ensure features meet commercial requirements.
• Define and track metrics such as admin‑tool adoption, compliance feature usage and reduction in support escalations.

Required profile

• Significant experience owning a critical product domain and setting strategy.
• Proven ability to connect product outcomes to commercial results (ARR, retention, expansion).
• Comfortable working across a broad surface area, prioritising ruthlessly.
• Strong written communication for PRDs, strategy docs and customer insight summaries.
• Ability to ramp quickly on enterprise buying motions and collaborate with commercial teams.
