Senior Product Manager - Fintech

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead two strategic workstreams – financial‑services trading resilience and market‑data observability – for a market‑leading fintech software provider. Based in central London with a hybrid schedule, you will shape product strategy, engage directly with Tier‑1 banks and exchanges, and drive the launch of new capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the end‑to‑end product roadmap for trading resilience and market‑data observability, translating vision into quarterly delivery plans with engineering.
• Conduct discovery and validation with Tier‑1 banks, exchanges and clearing houses to ensure customer‑driven product direction.
• Lead the creation and launch of a new market‑data observability product line.
• Collaborate with AI and platform engineering teams to embed agentic capabilities into resilience workflows.
• Work with finance and revenue teams on pricing, packaging and ARR conversion.
• Represent the company at industry events, analyst briefings and regulator roundtables.

Required profile

• 10+ years of product management experience in enterprise B2B software, preferably within regulated financial services.
• Proven track record of shipping data‑intensive, infrastructure‑class products.
• Deep domain knowledge of low‑latency trading, market‑data infrastructure, post‑trade, core banking or operational resilience.
• Strong communication skills with senior technology stakeholders (CTOs, CISOs, heads of trading technology).
